Who we are

At Jordyn’s Splash Academy, we do more than teach swim lessons—we build confidence, trust, and lifelong water safety skills.

Founded on the belief that swimmers of all ages deserve the chance to feel safe and strong in the water, we’ve created a program that is personal, engaging, and effective.

Our instructors are trained to meet each student at their level, focusing on progress through encouragement, patience, and consistency.

We’re not a one-size-fits-all swim school—we’re a supportive community where swimmers grow through movement, fun, and achievement.

Our Mission

At Jordyn’s Splash Academy, our mission is to teach students how to swim with confidence, skill, and joy by providing high-quality instruction in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

We believe swimming is a vital life skill that empowers individuals for a lifetime, and we are committed to helping each student feel comfortable in the water, build trust with their instructor, and progress at their own pace.

Our vision is to create a community where everyone has access to high-quality swim education, becomes water-safe, and builds a lifelong love for swimming. We envision a future where drowning is preventable through education, inclusion, and positive aquatic experiences.

  • Founder

Jordyn’s Splash Academy was founded by Jordyn Dillard, a lifelong swimmer with a deep love for the water and teaching.

What began as a personal mission to help kids feel safe and confident in the water has grown into a trusted swim school that prioritizes individual attention, quality instruction, and fun.

With years of experience both in and out of the pool, Jordyn leads the academy with heart, expertise, and a commitment to every swimmer’s success.

    Certifications

Jordyn brings a well-rounded set of certifications to every lesson, ensuring a safe and knowledgeable learning environment. She is certified in CPR and First Aid, a Certified Personal Trainer, and has completed various specialized trainings in water safety. This combination of fitness expertise and aquatic safety training allows Jordyn to support each swimmer’s physical development while maintaining the highest standards of care in and around the water.

    Hobbies

Jordyn’s love for swimming extends far beyond the pool. An active and adventurous spirit, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring the outdoors in her free time. These experiences fuel her energetic teaching style and help create engaging, fun-filled lessons for swimmers of all ages. Above all, Jordyn is passionate about helping others build confidence and feel safe in the water. Whether working with first-time swimmers or those refining their skills, she finds joy in watching her students grow, overcome fear, and develop a lifelong love for swimming.

Swim Program Levels

At Jordyn’s Splash Academy, we know that every swimmer starts at a different point, and our goal is to support them at each stage of their development. Our swim program levels are carefully designed to help swimmers build comfort, confidence, and skill in the water at a pace that works for them. Whether your swimmer is just beginning to explore the water or is working toward advanced strokes and endurance, we’re here to help them make steady progress in a safe and supportive environment.

Determining a swimmer’s level helps us understand which skills they’ve already developed and where we should focus our time and attention. This allows our instructors to tailor lessons to the swimmer’s needs. Our approach is to meet swimmers where they are and help them work toward clear, achievable goals, one step at a time.
